Rem was in the Rooster's Day Parade with his school band! My little guy. They were hot when they got done.

paint chip challenge

It's usually cold in the office and I usually don't drink coffee but today I needed a cup to keep warm. Our Modern Quilt Guild is doing a paint chip challenge. We selected an envelope with random paint chip samples, I got these colors, a darker brown below you can't see and the whitish color is faint greenish/aqua color. They are color inspiration for a project we need to have done for the next meeting.

Spot gold? hehe! My color for 2013 it is meant to be :)

My dad sent some seasoning, Tajin, with my sisters and I was enjoying some yesterday, outside since the weather is finally staying warm. Cucumbers and Jicama, the seasoning is not spicy even though it looks like it is, it's lemony and salty...yummy!
